At Metal Artistry, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we offer a straightforward Cancellation and Refund policy outlined below:

Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation Window: Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it. Orders cannot be canceled after they are being processed.

  3. Cancellation Fee: Orders canceled within the cancellation window are eligible for a full refund. No cancellation fees apply.

Refund Policy

  1. Refund Eligibility: Refunds are issued in the following cases:

    • Product defects or damages upon receipt.
    • Cancellation of orders within the specified cancellation window.

  2. Refund Process: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your financial institution.

  3. Non-Refundable Items: The following items are non-refundable:

    • Personalized or customized items.
    • Items requested for cancellation and refund after the 24 hour window.

Return Policy

  1. Return Eligibility: Custom made or personalized items are note eligible for retuns unless the item(s) arrive damage or defective. Incase of damage, reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing photo proofs to our support email. Once approved we will ship a new replacement for the same. No change in personalization accepted.

  2. Replacement Process: To initiate a request to replace, please contact our customer support team at contact us page or call us at +91 – 99946 48232. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for returning the item.
